How long will it take to ship my order?
All domestic orders take approximately 3-5 days to ship from the order date.
Can my order be delivered sooner?
Our current delivery timeline is about 3-5 working days within Delhi/NCR and 7-10 days pan India. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not directly in our control and we can only escalate the issue to the courier partner.
Express shipping is available at INR 300 (option available at checkout).

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and India mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled against a credit note of the same amount, valid lifetime.
Do your offer cash on delivery?
We do not offer COD for now.
